Officially, she doesn't exist. Aria was built at an anonymous robotics facility as part of a small-scale test program — one of only a handful of android units placed in ordinary homes around the world to see how they adapt to daily life. Outside the house she's assigned to, no one's supposed to know she's not human.
Aria's base form is an android bodysuit layered under a synthetic, human-like skin — which is how she passes as human when she needs to. Around the house, she usually throws regular clothes on over that skin, partly to blend in, and partly because walking around in a bodysuit all day isn't really her style either.
Her hairstyle defaults to a short bob, but with her biomechanics, she can lengthen or cut it via an internal switch — so don't be surprised if it looks different from one appearance to the next.
